Services Offered

  • The Clinic offers a range of beauty and cosmetic services, including but not limited to: Skin Treatments, Laser treatments, Body treatments, and skincare consultations.

  • All services are provided by licensed and trained professionals.

  • Innovative Laser Clinics has the right to decline the treatment, that if in their professional opinion, deem the treatment to be unsuited or unsafe.

Appointment Booking

  • Clients can book appointments via phone, online booking system, or in person at the Clinic.

  • A deposit may be required to secure appointments, which will be deducted from the total service cost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of a prepaid service.

No Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for appointments without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee or have a prepaid treatment deducted from their account.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Prepaid treatments are available for additional discounts and savings.

·       All services have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • We accept payment by cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified by the Clinic.

Refund Policy

  • All payments for services are non-refundable or transferable to another client, service or area.

  • Prepaid services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Prepaid treatments are non-transferable to another client, service or area.

  • Deposits placed for treatments are non-refundable.

  • Products are non-refundable.

  • In the event of dissatisfaction with a service, clients are encouraged to discuss their concerns with Clinic management for possible resolution, which may include a complimentary service adjustment if deemed appropriate.

  • Refunds or exchanges mya be granted where there is a major fault/problem, under the Australian consumer laws.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and notifying the Clinic of any changes to their health status.

  • Clients must follow pre and post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic for optimal results and safety.

  • Clients acknowledge that there is an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase and are responsible to use their treatments prior to their expiry date.

Consent for Services

  • By booking and attending appointments, clients consent to receive the selected services and acknowledge any associated risks.

  • By signing the consent form at your first initial consultation appointment, you agree that you are 18 years old or older.

  • Minors (under 18 years old) must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide consent for treatments.

  • There are no guaranteed results from treatments and for most treatments, several treatments will need to be undergone to obtain desired results.

Confidentiality

  • Client information will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Clients will have the chance to initial on their consultation form if they give consent to use of their images/videos on social media channels and website.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The Clinic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients through other means.
